'Committed' Anna in 'People'

Two days ago, the entire Internet hemisphere was a-buzzing with the rumor that the reason for which Anna Nicole Smith decided to take her lawyer Howard Stern as her (not so) 'lawfully wedded husband' so soon after her son's demise was because she was desperate to get her hands on some money.

It was said then that, besides thus preventing Larry Birkhead from forcing Anna and her newborn daughter back to California for a paternity test, the non-legal wedding ceremony will get the pair of official lovers a huge amount of money. Many claimed that 'People' would buy the photos for the ceremony that took place over the weekend for the whopping sum of $1 million.

Turns out that it was all true from the beginning. Well, at least the part involving 'People'. The photos taken while Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern were exchanging temporary rings, then doing something like a ritualistic bath in the ocean and then holding the baby, are now in the most recent issue of the magazine, now on newsstands.

While Anna is not looking good, anyone can see that and it's more than understandable given the pain and suffering she has been through lately, one can notice the fact that she is sun burnt. According to her lawyer, after Daniel passed away, the former glamour model refused to get out of the house, where she spent all the time on medication. So, how come she got to have her skin so red and irritated?

This would be one of the arguments that many use to back up their theory that the entire ceremony was nothing but a big sham, in which case, 'People' might have paid a lot of money on something fake. Meanwhile, both camps (camp Stern and camp 'father number 2', ex-boyfriend Birkhead) are gathering information to take matters of the baby's paternity to court.
